Hey. Theres a song i'm searching for but i can't find anything about it. It has something like 'We lived for something more' in it, can anyone help me, it's not anything like country, rap, hiphop, or classical. please help. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.130.221.134 (talk) 01:25, 13 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Any idea as to what genre of music it is? Could it, for example, be rock music or folk music? Anything to help narrow it down would increase our chances of being able to help. --M@rēino 14:24, 13 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
That sounds like a Modest Mouse lyric... but most of their lyrics are like that. check out the lyrics to their latest singles and maybe some from their last album. Beekone (talk) 15:48, 13 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Meant to Live by Switchfoot, perhaps? [1]. Someoneinmyheadbutit'snotme (talk) 19:17, 13 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Everyone knows that tune, but where does it come from (press the little play button to hear a snippet). Thanks! Imagine Reason (talk) 16:09, 13 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That "little play button" doesn't work outside the USA. If you don't get an answer from a US resident, maybe you could try uploading the clip somewhere. --Richardrj talk email 16:20, 13 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Last.fm says it includes an excerpt of Grieg's In the Hall of the Mountain King (non-US readers can listen to it here). Nanonic (talk) 16:25, 13 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
