@Miss Sarita: Here are some of my edits/suggestions:
  • Recording and release
    • Perhaps replace ref #3 (the liner notes of the album) with the Peach Arch News citation as it mentions the recording took place at Kensaltown Studio. Should the album liner notes be used?
      • The liner notes are used as a ref for that particular sentence because it sources the engineers, the mixer, and the music studio. I would definitely prefer to use online sources that can instantly be verified, but unfortunately, I couldn't find the information on the rest of the production crew outside of the main producer (Martin Terefe). — Miss Sarita 02:27, 10 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
        • That works for me. If I am uncertain, I can always check a physical copy of the album to confirm.--MrLinkinPark333 (talk) 01:57, 16 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
    • I've added this Blabbermouth citation, as the Vents one doesn't mention the July 27th music video and album unveiling.
    • I've changed "According to the album's liner notes" to "According to lead singer Connolly" as in KISW the interview, Connelly mentions the song is titled Rx but later parentheses were added.
      • Wonderful! You're correct in that it's more accurate to use that ref and prose. — Miss Sarita 02:27, 10 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Composition and lyrics
    • The Matt Pinfield podcast for refs 9 and 14 is currently unavailable so i can't confirm these refs.
      • I guess the 2 Hours with Matt Pinfield aired their final episode since the release of this interview. I have been able to successfully find it on Spotify, so these should be good. For now. Haha! — Miss Sarita 02:27, 10 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
    • "The decision to write about drug abuse came after the death of a friend's wife, who took a cocktail of pills". The iHeartRadio reference does mention Connolly knew someone's wife had died, but doesn't mention the "cocktail of pills". However, the stingray interview does so I updated it.

I'm currently working on the rest but here's mainly most of it. --MrLinkinPark333 (talk) 22:30, 18 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

MrLinkinPark333: Thank you for working on this! You didn't need to make all the edits; I would've put in the work, but I very much appreciate it. Regarding the Matt Pinfield podcast, it looks like his entire channel is down. I even tried to access it from iTunes and it was a no-go. I'll keep checking it periodically and try to find a replacement if I have to (although that would suck since there was some good information in that interview that I can't find anywhere else). I look forward to further comments/feedback from you. Thank you! — Miss Sarita 22:46, 18 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Miss Sarita No worries :) --MrLinkinPark333 (talk) 22:52, 18 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Miss Sarita Hi there. Do you require any more reviewing for this article? --MrLinkinPark333 (talk) 23:13, 8 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
MrLinkinPark333 Oh, hi! I was under the impression that you were going to make more comments and therefore, I was just putting this project aside until you finished the review. But clearly I assumed incorrectly, so I apologize. I thank you so much for your time, but if you feel there is nothing left to be done/improved, then I think we can close this PR. — Miss Sarita 23:39, 8 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Miss Sarita No need to apologize. I think I originally was going to add more comments, but ended up doing other stuff. I might as well check the rest.

  • Compostion continued:
    • Maybe move ref #17 up to the hard rock sound part as only ref #13 talks about Connolly's reason to shift to piano.
      • Ref #17 (Loudwire) was placed there to support the sentence, "...and Billboard and Loudwire both said it leans more towards the pop genre rather than the band's usual hard-rock sound." I tend to bundle refs together to support preceding sentences instead of placing a ref after each sentence/punctuation mark. Would this still be okay, or should I move the ref all together? (For another example of me placing refs in this manner, please refer to the "Music video" and "Partnership with Shatterproof" sections.) — Miss Sarita 02:27, 10 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
        • Okay. As all claims are supported with the two sources, that works. --MrLinkinPark333 (talk) 01:57, 16 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
    • "He rejected the notion he was abandoning rock...the record label all supported" - not sure about this one #ref 13. I don't see Connolly saying it wasn't a pandering or the band supporting the musical change.
      • You're absolutely correct. I reworded this particular sentence to omit those details. — Miss Sarita 02:27, 10 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Music video
    • "the band's most viewed song on the platform" - is there a source to confirm it?
      • No. Another user added this bit to the section and I cringed because I knew there were no verifiable sources, but I hate reverting "good faith" edits. Guess I should get over that... I have updated the information and removed that portion of the sentence. — Miss Sarita 02:27, 10 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

MrLinkinPark333 I've gone through the entire article and integrated your feedback, as well as checking each and every ref to make sure it supports the correct information (I made some formatting changes and moved some around for consistency as well). I appreciate the time you took to conduct this peer review and I thank you for your wonderful advice. If all looks good to you, please feel free to close the peer review. I look forward to hopefully working with you again in the future. — Miss Sarita 02:27, 10 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Miss Sarita: I've looked at the other two comments you've left (bundling sources and usage of the album notes). Both work for me and there isn't any major issues that I'm seeing. I'll close the review then. --MrLinkinPark333 (talk) 01:57, 16 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
