Kids See Ghosts (album) edit

I've listed this article for peer review because it was promoted to GA status a while ago with myself as the nominator, but I have since continued to work on it and would like to see the article become a featured article, though believe it should be checked before nomination as a candidate. One note to anyone reviewing would be to make sure that the respective terms, Kids See Ghosts and the album, remain only present once for each in any separate para, since this is more professional and up to FA standard.

Lead

  • "Musical Allies" → Musical Collaborators
  • "though some of them noted improved content from West's previous work." → some, viewing it as an improvement from West's past work.
  • "including Complex, NME, and Slant Magazine." Remove direct references to the magazines in the lead.

Background and recording

  • "The release of the album on June 8 stood as the third album from the "Wyoming Sessions". Have this be the start of a new paragraph.

Music and production

  • "Sidney Madden of NPR" → Sidney Madden of NPR
  • "The album includes prominent production from Kids See Ghosts" → The album includes prominent production from West and Cudi. "Reborn" and "Cudi Montage" stand as...
  • "Shawn Setaro of Complex wrote that due to Dean being "all over" Ye" → Shawn Setaro of Complex noted that due to Dean's presence on Ye...

Themes and lyrics

  • "Lyrically, Kids See Ghosts includes references to mental illness throughout, which West had been struggling with for 10 years before its release." Probably worth clarifying West's bipolar, as well as mentioning how West's bipolar was also central to Ye.
  • "Ben Carter of Central Sauce" → Ben Carter of Central Sauce
  • "with the theme of demons mostly being present → with the theme of demons most present...

Overall a good article. I would recommend listing it for copyediting as those were the one problems that appeared to me the most.DMT biscuit (talk) 08:32, 31 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
