I'm no expert on TV show articles, and I'm a bit short on time, but here are my quick thoughts.

in a Culture piece for Vogue that the Vogue is external linked. Remove that or put in it the external links part of hte article.

The Reception section falls flat imo. Euphoria has been the subject of considerable coverage and cultural impact. Perhaps a new level two section entitled "Themes" might be useful? Off the top of my head, I would include sections discussing: drug use, Love/sex, and queer themes (especially focusing on the portrayal of trans folk). I know I've read multiple articles breaking down the themes/episodes/ideas of the show.

I would start the article with a "plot" "synopsis" "setup" or similarly titled section which lays out the basic background. It doesn't need to be long, a paragraph could do, and it need not be cited since its a plot summary.
