  • I would recommend moving "Design" either below or after History - my recommendation would be above. The "Reception" section reads like it would read better at the end of the article.
  • What is the modern reception of this sculpture?
  • Commas aren't necessary in "month-year" dates, like "September 1903". They are, however, necessary after "month-day-year" dates like "March 4, 1901". See MOS:DATEFORMAT.
  • Besides the 1970 bombing and 1978 refurbishment, are the only major events in the statue's later history composed of protests and pranks?
