While this will be an event on presenting about Wikipedia followed by some discussion and Q&A session, but it is also possible to extend it to have a prior/followup Wikipedia meetup on the sideline of the event during that day.
Minutes of Meeting edit
Presentation went on as scheduled. Content was mainly basic awareness generation on the movement and local usergroup. Crowd numbered around 20 to 30, mainly local IT professionals. When questioned, up to 4 or 5 were wikipedia had some experience editing. The organizer of event is familiar with WikiData.
After the talk, the crowd disperse so MYMMMC was only able to chat briefly with CyberTroopers, who has since been added to the Whatsapp group.
Worrying issue was the large numbers of those who clicked 'interested/ attending' for the FB event page but never attended. The problem of bots and fake profiles can distort public awareness and interest on the movement.
