Wikipedia:WikiProject Medicine/Good article goals for 2013
(Redirected from Wikipedia:MED2013GA)
This page contains two 2013 good article () medical lists; the first is for editors who have committed themselves to bring a WikiProject Medicine-covered article (or more) up to good article status in the year 2013, with a focus on top-500 articles. (There are also currently [as of 26 July 2014[update] 15] C-Class Top-importance articles, which make excellent targets.) The other list tracks all WP:MED content that has been promoted up to good article status in 2013. Feel free to make good article goal for yourself, try to start a group goal at WT:MED or at user talk pages, or help catalyze any ongoing review, thanks!
Goals
edit- Malaria as a co-nominator and pulmonary embolism. Biosthmors (talk) 20:12, 23 December 2012 (UTC)
- Well well. I'm confident malaria will get up to GA but it doesn't look like pulmonary embolism will make it. Isn't deep vein thrombosis pretty though? Who knows. There's always December... Is anyone cooking anything up for the end of the year? Biosthmors (talk) pls notify me (i.e. {{U}}) while signing a reply, thx 11:28, 4 October 2013 (UTC)
- Bad Pharma might be a good one. Biosthmors (talk) pls notify me (i.e. {{U}}) while signing a reply, thx 10:04, 29 October 2013 (UTC)

- if I finish the GA I'm working on currently then yes... lesion (talk) 21:06, 23 December 2012 (UTC)
- Excellent idea. I will be working on a bunch this year. On asthma now Doc James (talk · contribs · email) (if I write on your page reply on mine) 02:22, 24 December 2012 (UTC)
I could go for recertifying Aspirin as GA, esp since you suggested it would not meet those standards as currently written.I'll choose a higher-need target, at some point. -- UseTheCommandLine (talk) 03:47, 24 December 2012 (UTC)- Pain. It's time I got back to work. (I'll have a go at reviewing, but it's pretty new to me.) --Anthonyhcole (talk) 07:29, 26 December 2012 (UTC)
- Circumcision's GA review will be underway in the next week or I'll <fill in something appropriate>. Done

21:16, 26 December 2012 (UTC) - Mouth ulcer was in the above popular pages list, rated B class. I took out all the primary sources and fleshed it out a bit. It's maybe ready for GAN soon. lesion (talk) 08:26, 27 December 2012 (UTC)
- delirium would be an important one to work on...and one that some of us can add our expertise from our individual areas of interest/work (e.g. me/psychiatry) Casliber (talk · contribs) 13:00, 29 December 2012 (UTC)
- I plan to continue working on edits to this article, with colleagues from the European Delirium Association and American Delirium Society. Thanks User:Biosthmors for directing me to this page. I'd really like to help achieve Good Article status - a great shared outcome. Work on it slowed over Christmas and New Year, but expect more input over the next few weeks.
