It would have been polite for you to inform me (the uploader) that you woud be nominating this for deletion. This isn't how fair use works. Fair use can only be defended when it would be hard to get a free photograph. The sensor bar isn't copyrighted. The entire shipment just sold out. I came up with the assertion the image is an orphan as it is not in use; neither displayed or inline. The image that is in use on the noted page, The Montgolfier Brothers is Image:TheMontgolfierBros.jpg. Please note the name difference between the two images. I'm not sure I see how this is a personal photo. It is from a court case that appears, perhaps, to be setting some sort of precedent in the field of fostering or juvenile abuse. It's not clear to my why so much of the court transcript has been placed in the image description, nor is it clear to me what article this image is for, but if there were such an article and if the image description were cleaned up, it's a keep, to my way of thinking. not NOW, it needs work or it should be deleted, but it could be. The original uploader should fix it and soon or it SHOULD be deleted. But the characterisation may not be completly correct. ++Lar: t/c 16:00, 20 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
