Journeyman TV wordmark

First attempt at extracting usable wordmark

Request: Using the {{PD-textlogo}} wordmark for this TV series is obviously preferable than using NFC (especially because of its use in both marketing and on-screen), but my attempt at extracting a usable image has failed on two fronts: (a) 70% of it is white-on-white, and I don't know how to optimally compensate for that, and (b) my C&P was plainly not clean enough. Sysop Emeritus (badge? barnstar? icon?)

I would like to create a badge or barnstarish thing that could be awarded to admins who have retired. I don't know what is most appropriate, but I'm thinking something that could be both awarded to them by someone else, but also placed on the heading of their user page like the icons people place themselves at the top of their user page to indicated GA/FA/DYKs, etc. I'm thinking using the term 'Emeritus' would be good. Sysop vs. Admin, I don't really care, but it might be nice to be able to choose which. Is this something the Graphics Lab could help with? Sorry if I'm in the wrong place!
