Generally, the webpage the file is on will have the license information on it. If an appropriate license link is not received within seven days, the request will be declined. Regards.

Comment: I've already denied this once on invalid fair use grounds and I'm not about to accept it and upload it under my name. The painter's statement that they would allow Wikipedia to use it is unacceptable for our licensing requirements and really doesn't play into the fair use license anyways. If they want to release the painting to us under a Creative Commons license they are more than welcome to do so. Otherwise, I'll just leave this open for someone else (which will probably be a while since I'm pretty much the only one that does these requests). --Majora (talk) 05:42, 25 September 2016 (UTC)
