2016–17 Formula E season edit

The 2016–17 Formula E season was the third season of the FIA Formula E Championship, a motor racing championship for single-seater electrically powered cars. There were twelve ePrix held over the course of the season, with the final three rounds acting as double headers. Lucas di Grassi for the Audi Sport ABT team won the Drivers' Championship, finishing 24 points ahead of his nearest rival Sébastien Buemi. e.Dams-Renault successfully defended their title in the Teams' Championship for the third consecutive season, using the Spark Renault Z.E 16.
