Reliable (though probably incorrect) sources name these as the first wind quintets, irregardless of the truth of that, they are certainly very good examples of the type, and a good illustration of their composer's output, which included many quintets.

Comment This is a good recording, excellent technique and acceptable, clean sound (a bit flat, though). First (Allegro maestoso) and second (Larghetto cantabile) movement of the first quintet is cut off before the end. --Vejvančický (talk) 10:58, 15 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
