Original – Johannes Ludwig is a German luger. He won a gold and a bronze at the 2018 Winter Olympics, a gold at the 2017 World Luge Championships, and a bronze at the 2013 World Luge Championships

Reason: This image is the product of a collaboration between the German Olympic Sports Confederation and Wikimedia Germany, which I'm sure is something we can all get behind. The Winter Olympics are perhaps not as well-represented on the English Wikipedia as they could be, and portraits make great FPs.

Weak oppose – It's an okay if unexceptional shot, although nose highlights seem slightly blown. But the article is stub and the subject seems rather obscure.
