Discussion
editWill you be editing articles, talk pages, and/or project pages? -- Ypnypn (talk) 02:57, 17 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- I will edit articles that have been listed at the CHECKWIKI-database at WMFLabs. (link) (t) Josve05a (c) 07:49, 17 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Remark: FrescoBot does a similar task using python. It is good to test various approaches. -- Magioladitis (talk) 09:55, 17 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Josve05a you have to tell us if WPCleaner is exclusion compliant or not. -- Magioladitis (talk) 09:57, 17 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- @Magioladitis: I will test if it is right now! Update comming soon! (t) Josve05a (c) 11:03, 17 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Approved for trial (~5 per issue edits). Please provide a link to the relevant contributions and/or diffs when the trial is complete. (You can go reasonably over trial limits, as long as there are examples for all the cases). Also if you are deencoding urls, some examples of that. I assume the case with <ref> isn't fixed to always having <ref>s an dis just interwiki case? Also I don't see the difference between case 1 and 5. — HELLKNOWZ ▎TALK 13:07, 19 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- The diffrence between 1 & 5 was that it was a space in the beginning of the url. It will not only fix with in a <ref>, but I wanted to copy from a direct change that I have done to display that it would fix inside a ref-tag too. -(t) Josve05a (c) 13:13, 19 February 2014 (UTC) (t) Josve05a (c) 13:13, 19 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Trial complete.
The only problem during the trial was with this article. The program had a problem decoding the url, and gave me the ability to edit it manually. I then forgot to type
:fr:
, but there was no problem with the bot or program, just a human error. (t) Josve05a (c) 15:28, 20 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
- [1] - stray pipe in zh interwiki
- Didn't see any openlibrary, wikibooks, or wiktionary conversions (though I suppose they would be pretty much the same.
Approved for extended trial (50 edits). Please provide a link to the relevant contributions and/or diffs when the trial is complete. — HELLKNOWZ ▎TALK 19:21, 20 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
