Your problem: edit

There is a harassing editor Daniel575 that was indefinitely blocked as result of attacks on other users and Sysops, and indirectly as result of a previous AMA call. Now he is back. He has been reported six times for sockpuppets and four of these have been confirmed.

See Wikipedia:AMA_Requests_for_Assistance/Requests/September_2006/Historian2 for previous AMA request.

See Wikipedia:Requests_for_comment/Daniel575 for examples of abuse.

See Special:Log/block&page=User:Daniel575 for list of blocks.

For background information see Category:Suspected_Wikipedia_sockpuppets_of_Daniel575 for list of suspected and confirmed sockpuppets.

See Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Daniel575 (5th) for current sockpuppet and more examples of abuse.

I am turning to AMA for advice on how to proceed.

Just a clarification, from what I can tell this should read "indefinitely blocked", not "indefinitely banned"... I can't find any evidence of a ban. By the way, I'm dealing with this on WP:AN/I as sock evading... so this AMA report may not be necessary.--Isotope23 16:43, 16 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
According to the tag he was banned by Grandmasterka --Historian2 17:40, 16 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Update: No one answered this AMA. User blocked again. Case closed. --Historian2 07:07, 22 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
