Migration to cite journal

edit

The change wasn't too involved, so I went ahead and fixed it (thanks for offering though!). Thanks too for giving me a reason to break from studying for my respiratory physiology exam. :-) Cheers, David Iberri (talk) 18:16, 17 February 2006 (UTC) P.S. I took a quick look at RCF--nicely done. I'm interested in interventional radiology, so maybe I'll be able to start contribute in oh, say, 2010. ;-)Reply

Page Blanking

edit

On 21-Feb, you blanked Ramsay Hunt syndrome. Blanking pages is generally considered a bad idea. I've reverted it to the previous version. If this was the result of a broken edit, you may wish to make the correct edits. If you believe the page should be deleted, please follow the deletion procedures. Thanks! -- JLaTondre 00:50, 24 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for uploading Image:BehrangSafari.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator.

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you have questions about copyright tagging of images, post on Wikipedia talk:Image copyright tags or User talk:Carnildo/images. 12:26, 12 March 2006 (UTC)

To compensate you for your time, I am offering a reward of USD$10, either to you or as a donation to the Wikimedia Foundation. For more information, please go to the research home page. Thank you. --WikiInquirer 18:32, 9 March 2007 (UTC)talk to meReply

License tagging for Image:Cavum.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Cavum.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 06:06, 28 April 2007 (UTC)

The image was created by me. I've uploaded a new version with the appropriate copyright.--Zyryab 00:39, 5 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Notification of automated file description generation

edit

Your upload of File:CavumSeptumPellucidumDiagram.jpg or contribution to its description is noted, and thanks (even if belatedly) for your contribution. In order to help make better use of the media, an attempt has been made by an automated process to identify and add certain information to the media's description page.

This notification is placed on your talk page because a bot has identified you either as the uploader of the file, or as a contributor to its metadata. It would be appreciated if you could carefully review the information the bot added. To opt out of these notifications, please follow the instructions here. Thanks!
