MetaTrader 4 edit

Hello, I'm Enivid. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to MetaTrader 4 have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. Enivid (talk) 10:25, 5 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

Sorry, I missed the message and already wrote on your wall about this issue. I don't know what is your criteria for a promotional article but, if the reference I've added you regard as a promotional than half of the Wikipedia Forex article references could be regarded as promotional. Please be more specific about the details and differences. --Zizovic (talk) 13:47, 5 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
The reference you provided is not a reliable source and is full of ads, this makes it look like an attempt to spam a link using a Wikipedia article's references section. The source doesn't provide any information about its editorial team/processes, it doesn't even have a phone/address provided - a classic case of WP:QUESTIONABLE in my view. By the way, the consensus reached on the MetaTrader 4 talk page was to not describe MT5 in that article, but to create a separate article when reliable sources (sufficient to establish the subject's notability) become available.
