Hey, Let me start this by saying sorry, sorry for what i have done seriously i am shame on my self for doing vandalism for making wikipedia bad i am sorry, but now i have learned my lesson by using the account User: Young Brown Boy i have did so many good things such as i have created 4 templates and like 6 article and no this article were not for promotion purpose i have created those articles which have references from Forbes, The New York Times, BBC, CNN, Fox News and many more and i have many good articles planned but I can't I can't because i got keep blocked please please i request to be unblocked

You are on the edge of a ban under WP:3X, meaning no administrator would be free to lift your block. Your best bet now is to go at least six months with zero edits, then apply under WP:SO. You'll need to convince us we can trust you to abide by our policies and we'll be looking to see you understand your behaviour up to today was rampantly abusive, not constructive as you claim here.
