Yunxin's Peer Review

Overall, this article has a neutral tone and draws on a variety of credible sources from the natural and social sciences. The information is well organized, however some sections could be combined under the same heading in order to improve readability. For example, the "mitigation" and "mitigation policies, measures and other strategies" sections could be combined. Additionally, as noted in the article, the examples all draw from the US. The History section is particularly lacking in content.
