Jeran, Albania edit

Hello, I've tagged your article Jeran, Albania with a {{notability}} tag as it does not indicate why the town is notable. Although your efforts towards article creation are commendable, I'd advise you to indicate why the town deserves a Wikipedia article (see the notability guideline). If you'd like to discuss this, feel free to message me on my talk page. --Zero TalkContribs 17:21, 26 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

There has been a long time consensus, that in Wikipedia EVERY settlement is notable. Please keep your contributions up and thank you for them. --Sulmues (talk) 12:44, 30 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

We can have in WikiPedia all 2800 towns and villages of Albania.

  The Tireless Contributor Barnstar
For the great work done so far with the Albanian settlement stubs. Keep it up. Sulmues (talk) 17:43, 30 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
Many thanks for the barnstar, although rather quite sudden. Cheers! --YÜM (Got food?) 07:46, 2 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

And... brought to wp:DYK your Bajzë Rail Station and Podgorica–Shkodër railway articles. Congrats! Excellent job! --Sulmues (talk) 13:26, 1 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

I was not aware that they were even remotely of DYK quality, but hey, why not? Thanks again! --YÜM (Got food?) 07:46, 2 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Gjirokastër Mosque edit

Hello Your Über Monkey (very funny user name, btw :) Thanks for the article, good work. See Category:Gjirokastër at Commons. Is there any image of the mosque? Best regards. --Vejvančický (talk | contribs) 07:25, 2 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

I could not find a picture of the mosque on Commons but was able to upload one. Yes, yes, thank you. Wait till you get a load of my signature. --YÜM (Got food?) 07:48, 2 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Sent to DYK Monastery of Dhrovjan edit

Conommed with Dr. Blofeld and self. let's see if we can find a pic. Great job again, I should clone you, :-). --Sulmues (talk) 18:30, 3 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

I think you already have... :P --YÜM (Got food?) 19:28, 3 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Screwed this up badly. Was about to hit save on Dhuvjan when I saw that you had already created it. Sorry, hurrying too much, I couldn't see Dhuvjan in geonames for the first time, and when you insisted, I saw that I had mistyped. --Sulmues (talk) 19:24, 3 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Don't beat yourself over this. This is not your fault. The information you found were just misleading. ;) At least you've got others around to help you fix your mistakes. Now that's what I would call one hell of a collaboration effort. I actually knew you were going to do the article on Dhuvjan, after noticing you did one for Dhrovjan, so I thought why not beat Sulmues to the punch. Cheers, mate! --YÜM (Got food?) 19:29, 3 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
You sure check mated me. Listen do you speak Albanian? --Sulmues (talk) 19:34, 3 September 2010 (UTC) I take it you do, since your sources are in Albanian: please feel free to send me an email. --Sulmues (talk) 19:40, 3 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
You're going to be rather disappointed when you hear this. Sadly I don't speak Albanian. I use Google Translate... I know, it's rather pitiful that I would have to stoop to using Google Translate, but it does the job. I never actually meant to start editing Albania-related articles, but one thing led to another, and well here I am. I'm learning a little Albanian here and there now that I am actually involved in editing all these articles. :) --YÜM (Got food?) 19:41, 3 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
Well feel free to send me an email anyways: you've done a helluva job with the rail stations and the monastery and the mosque. --Sulmues (talk) 19:53, 3 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
Very nice pic, but wouldn't this be even better? See if you can bring it here. --Sulmues (talk) 20:36, 3 September 2010 (UTC) Never mind actually it's the one in Dhrovjan, which also screwed me up. --Sulmues (talk) 20:36, 3 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
Don't think I didn't take that very same picture you provided into consideration (I was stalking Dr. Blofeld's talk page). No worries there, mate, just a tip of advice: Check twice before posting ;) --YÜM (Got food?) 20:41, 3 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
I will check, don't worry. I was also considering working a little on the Gjirokaster Mosque and bringing that too to DYK. --Sulmues (talk) 04:14, 5 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
Believe it or not, there is very little you can uncover apart from what is provided already. You can try, but I'm not entirely sure you'll find much. Either way, good luck! --YÜM (Got food?) 06:02, 5 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
