Pre-1923 films and "non-free" guff

Promotional materials for pre-1923 US films, just like the films themselves, are inevitably in the public domain. They don't need all the "non-free" guff. The {{PD-US}} template applies to these. (It should also apply to a lot of post-1923 film stuff as copyrights weren't always renewed and things needed to be published with an explicit copyright notice which wasn't always the case, but there's no general exemption here.) Even if it's a modern photo of the pre-1923 (2-dimensional) item, the same thing applies. (See the text of the {{PD-art}} template.)
