Flags in infoboxes

edit

Hi mate. Let's prevent further edit warring before we get banned, sorry for not taking a closer look on who I was undoing I thought that changes were made by non-registered user. In any case, general guideline when writing an article is not to use flags in it's infobox. With few exceptions such as military conflicts or sporting events. More info on that can be found in this manual. As you can see for yourself in any other similar page none of them use flags in their infoboxes. Nightfall87 (talk) 15:47, 27 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

Coronavirus pandemic in Belarus "Statistics" section.

edit

I just want to make it clear, maintaining the graphs you intend to add there is going to be either impossible or incredibly painful, since official reports on the matter are vague, irregular and there's no indication whatsoever the government approach to this is going to change. Most likely, these graphs will end up being a complete "spaghetti". Also, there's already a graph in the article representing pretty much the same data, so, considering all this, I suggest we don't add anything new and focus on maintaining just one graph on the right. -- Nicholas Velasquez (talk) 19:47, 1 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Quotations in the "2020 coronavirus pandemic in Belarus" article.

edit

Using the "quote" template is purely optional and is not required by the guidelines. For that reason, I've reverted your edits. Moreover, the style you're proposing for the section is unsustainable, since more and more quotations are going to be added in the future and using the template is going to make the section incredibly long and difficult to read. -- Nicholas Velasquez (talk) 10:16, 14 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

I've forgotten to mention overlinking as another problem with your edits. -- Nicholas Velasquez (talk) 10:21, 14 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
