Why the C-grading?

edit

Missvain, I'm the article's author and although I'm pleased that it has finally been created after such a long time since its submission, I wonder why it has been graded as C-class. I've read the Wikipedia's grading system section and frankly don't see that the article lacks reliable sources -quite the opposite- or show any significant gaps or missing information. Apparently there is an issue with tagging a picture but that's all. It seems to me that rating the article as C-class might have been the result of someone's arbitrary and subjective decision. Maybe you might find it boring or of little interest, but I understand that is an altogether different matter. Best regards Xakelari
