Welcome! edit

Some cookies to welcome you!

Welcome to Wikipedia, WrightisRight05! I am Nuujinn and have been editing Wikipedia for quite some time. Thank you for your contributions. I just wanted to say hi and welcome you to Wikipedia! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page or by typing {{helpme}} at the bottom of this page. I love to help new users, so don't be afraid to leave a message! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Again, welcome!

Talkback edit

Hello, WrightisRight05. You have new messages at Nuujinn's talk page.

Username edit

Hi WrightisRight, no, I don't think that is a problem. No one is going to know who your username refers to unless you specifically tell them, and in any case, it's just baseball, nothing truly divisive. (If your name was "OsamaBinLadenIsAwesome" or something, you might have a problem.) Adam Bishop (talk) 02:59, 8 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Sources required edit

Please do not add or change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did to List of White-American firsts. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. 69.181.249.92 (talk) 17:57, 8 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

My bad, adding sources now. WrightisRight05 (talk) 17:59, 8 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
It's a common mistake - I think I spend more time adding {{uw-unsourced1}} templates to user pages than anything else. 69.181.249.92 (talk) 18:26, 8 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
lol, I do really appreciate you letting me know though. Thank you man WrightisRight05 (talk)

Darrelle Revis edit

Thanks for your edit at Darrelle Revis, but I reverted the addition of the quote. At this point, it's just speculation out loud by Johnson (he says it's "gut feeling"); as Wikipedia is not a news ticker, we don't need to provide a minute-to-minute update of what's going on with Revis' contract. Cheers, Dabomb87 (talk) 04:20, 10 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

You too. If you have any other questions about Wikipedia, please ask ... it's a big place, and the editing process can be more complicated than it looks! Dabomb87 (talk) 04:26, 10 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I don't see what I did wrong...this IP address is a shared IP address between hundreds of people on the University of Georgia wireless network

Decline reason:

Request reason:

this IP address is shared between hundreds of people. It doesn't mean that I am that person.

Decline reason:

Those hundreds of people aren't all Wikipedia users, and those who are, are unlikely to share all of your opinions and interests. Being banned means you stop editing, please. FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 00:13, 3 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
