Vandal Adhithya

edit

The vandalism in Ezhava and numerous other ethnic and community related articles are caused by a caste fanatic named User:Adhithya Kiran Chekavar (socks), who himself is a Thiyya. He's on a spree for promoting his caste as well as degrading others, he has a particular aversion for the Nairs. He is doing the same in Malayalam Wikipedia too, where it is worse.2409:4073:41A:DC51:7C4F:9AC1:95B3:FB25 (talk) 12:06, 3 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

Thankyou for pointing this out ,as per my understanding the account of the vandaliser is blocked by now . Worldofknowledge121 (talk) 13:53, 4 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

Community sanctions notification

edit
This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in South Asian social groups. Due to past disruption in this topic area, the community has enacted a more stringent set of rules. Any administrator may impose sanctions—such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks—on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on these sanctions. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Vandalism, reliable sourcing, community sanctions

edit

Hi. Please note that your comments on Talk:Ezhava do not appear to be constructive. Talk page comments should assume good faith on the part of other editors while you are accusing, basically everyone, of vandalism. Also, vandalism has a very specific meaning on Wikipedia and differences of opinion on content is not one of those meanings. Finally, long, repeated comments on a talk page that are not accompanied by reliable sources are disruptive. All of these put together signify unconstructive editing and you face the possibility of a topic ban from all caste related content on Wikipedia. You're new here and you might want to consider reading the various blue links above before you continue to comment and edit. Best wishes. --RegentsPark (comment) 15:09, 3 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

Thankyou for your suggestions Worldofknowledge121 (talk) 16:09, 3 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

Thankyou for the advice. The point is, there were lot of disputed things in the article which later got corrected ,also i was stunned to see such a stereotypic content through a locked page . that too in this amount as i know the sensitiveness of the issue very much . I have trust in the admins ,but i was pointing out in detail about the issue as it would help the admin to understand my concern more in detail.
