Los Angeles-class attack submarines edit

What is your reason for editing LA-class attack submarine articles to read that they used 4 midships tubes? All torpedo tubes on the 688s were bow tubes. The only "tubes" located midships were for countermeasures. The only other weapons tubes used were vertical launch TLAM tubes in later models.  Cjmclark  23:31, 30 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Reading about them on several sources. One example:

http://www.naval-technology.com/projects/la/ TORPEDO TUBE LAUNCHED WEAPONS The submarine is fitted with four 533mm torpedo tubes located midships together with a Mark 117 torpedo fire control system.

However, I've just run across this item: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_aN1IpfURBWo/SSdvQHcQIzI/AAAAAAAAALg/nUYN9EuO_8k/s1600-h/æ—%20æ%20‡é¢˜.bmp

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'll put them back.

Not a problem. I served on a 688 for 5 years, but of course "because I say so" isn't a valid reason to change it. I don't know why naval-technology.com designated them midships tubes. Thanks.  Cjmclark  04:10, 7 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification edit

Hi. In Morrow Pivot II, you recently added a link to the disambiguation page KB (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. For more information, see the FAQ or drop a line at the DPL WikiProject.

August 2012 edit

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed your recent edit to Frank Lloyd Wright does not have an edit summary. Please provide one before saving your changes to an article, as the summaries are quite helpful to people browsing an article's history. Thanks! —EncMstr (talk) 20:37, 20 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Roberta Pedon edit

Please see WP:RS/IMDB. Thanks, Dismas|(talk) 14:38, 20 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

I was about to fix that when you beat me to it. I read the "History" to see if there was anything about her real name. I should have read the "Talk" page too, but didn't think of it until after I'd done the edit.
