Request reason:

The first reason I created the second account (Hyperman001) is to make my edits more focused on the automobile articles (on that account) without any intent of doing anything harm (e.g. vandalism) in the first place. However, I just found out that act is still not allowed even though I intended to make good contributions. Therefore, let me give a request to be given the opportunity once again to be able to contribute again using this account only and will not be doing the same thing again. My main intention in Wikipedia is to be a part of this community and to continuously improves Wikipedia and its respective contents. Wilzz99 (talk) 08:44, 16 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

You have been found to evade bans numerous times, and the above request doesn't give me any indication or remorse or shows me you understand the issues. You will need to address the multiple documented instances of block evasion before filing another request. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 13:43, 11 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Because I had made a big mistake (sockpuppeting on the sly), with some considerations, I have decided to retire from the entire Wikimedia project. I very sincerely apologize for all these mistakes. Wilzz99 (talk) 11:30, 16 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
