On using sources and citations

Hello, I'm N2e. I noticed that you made some changes to an article, Hyperloop, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Behavior toward other editors

Please remember to assume good faith when dealing with other editors, which you did not do on Hyperloop. Your comment on the Talk page, which included the line " I can only conclude that this post is edited by a paid blogger for the Hyperloop" with reference to editor Stepho-wrs is inappropriate behavior for Wikipedia editors. There appears to be an authoritarian air amongst certain editor types of Wikipedia. Why object to the post (not an edit) without having an actual policy to back up your objection? Why would I assume good faith when it is sorely missing, and with regard to a blatantly incorrect infommercial?

Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to alloy. Your edits could be interpreted as vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. Materialscientist: Nonsense, please respond in the relevant discussion page of the article. Also, please stick to the merits of the subject you are addressing (alloys) rather than editorializing on the other contributor's behavior. Where are your references for defining "alloy"? What is your scientific basis for assuming what is incorrect? Also, please do not flatter yourself that you are so well-versed in either physical metallurgy or the solid state as to be the unquestioned authority on it.Wikibearwithme (talk) 03:03, 16 March 2017 (UTC)
