MfD nomination of User:WikiPRNYC

edit

User:WikiPRNYC, a page you substantially contributed to, has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:WikiPRNYC and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of User:WikiPRNYC during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Christopher Kraus (talk) 20:59, 11 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

This nomination resulted in a consensus to keep the page.--Aervanath talks like a mover, but not a shaker 15:47, 19 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

AfD nomination of Michael D. Lockshin

edit

I have nominated Michael D. Lockshin, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Michael D. Lockshin. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Michael D. Lockshin article

edit

As you probably know, the article you created, Michael D. Lockshin, is under discussion for deletion. It looks like it has a good chance of being kept. However, it needs several improvements. I made some changes, but it still needs more work. I suggest you use the article Wilbert Keon as an example, which is found through a semi-random search. I suggest you remove any material that can be found in the person’s resume online, which should be linked to the article. The referencing format of Wikipedia also needs to be followed. Best regards. --Eric Yurken (talk) 03:46, 12 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Article on userpage

edit

Since the Michael D. Lockshin article was kept, would you be willing to simply remove the redundant copy of the article's text on your userpage? That way, it doesn't have to be deleted. You're allowed to user your userpage as a sandbox, but WP:USERPAGE states, "Private copies of pages that are being used solely for long-term archival purposes may be subject to deletion." Have a great day, =) hmwithτ 21:13, 18 January 2009 (UTC) I am happy to have the sandbox page deleted but not sure how to do it. Should I just empty the page? Also there is a comment on the article I posted that the page is an autobiography. It is not. Thank you for your help.
