Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, the username you have chosen (WikiMinstrel) seems to imply that you are editing on behalf of a group, company or website.

There are two issues with this:

  1. It is possible that you have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, you must exercise great caution when editing on topics related to your organization.
  2. Your account cannot represent a group of people. You may wish to create a new account with a username that represents only you. Alternatively, you may consider changing your username to avoid giving the impression that your personal account is being used for promotional purposes.

Regardless of whether you change your name or create a new account, you are not exempted from the guidelines concerning editing where you have a conflict of interest. For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizationsIt seems you want to use us as a hosting service. That is not allowed under WP:What Wikipedia is not. Jasper Deng (talk) 04:06, 21 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

'I am sure that I have answered this question before, but no problem. Let's call a spade a shovel and get your little heuristically-inclines remark taken care of. I (that would be me) am an individual. Only to the extent that I am seated on several Boards and for about as many years have made sure this hardy band has plenty of cash. I am not going to change the name. It is (1) The last name of my sailboat (Windminstrel), it is the last name of several avatars (wordminstrel on wordpress and so forth)

If you would like my help, fine. I am a well-known researcher, developed the world's first national physicians and hospital LOS norms, privatize stock exchanges, acquire banks, hold patents, teach college, start Companies, fight wars, get old, walk on the edge, watch the edge, don't solve problems I do not have, always return my correspondence, extend the courtesy, am not happy to be sixty, hope I finish all nine novels, and know, among other things, that you can't get nine women pregnant in a month and have a baby no matter how may people 'contribute'.

At the end of the day, when all things whirlest and screameth and seemeth to falleth apart, my comfort resonates with the universe knowing that this too shall pass.

So, you find yourself hosting more of mine than I host of yours or contribute in ways I don't know that I should, fine. Insult, presume, be less than direct specific and non-punishing, not so fine. In one of my lines of work that is "assuming facts not in evidence" "inadmissible: foundation" &c &c &C. So lets get some work done. I orchestrate. I can orchestrate for you (yours). This affiant sayeth no more.''

Thank-you for the heads-up, however I took your 'userfied' remarks to heart and started putting some relevant WIP remarks on it.

Could someone be so kind as to point me in the direction of a proper USER Page template

edit

I am in need of some assistance here. I was wondering if WYSiWYG 'pastes' work so that I can prepare the content elsewhere and simply plunk it in where it belongs. Thanks in advance WikiMinstrel (talk) 17:36, 25 September 2011 (UTC) sends.Reply

License tagging for File:AtlasMeterologyCover.png

edit

Thanks for uploading File:AtlasMeterologyCover.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
