It is not clear exactly what help you are asking for, but (1) it is clear that you have abused multiple accounts, either alone or in collaboration with one or more other editors, and (2) your only purpose is to create promotional articles. Either one of those would be enough to justify keeping the block. Furthermore, it looks very likely that you are an undisclosed paid editor, which would mean that your editing is in breach of the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use.
