UPAIS edit

I've just been fixing a few minor snags in your draft where I noticed you cite someone representing UPAIS. Back when I wrote the little article about the organisation I didn't know that it still exists as an active organisation. All the sources I could find were purely historical dating from the 1970s. Do you have access to more recent material so that the Union of the Physically Impaired Against Segregation article can be updated? I'm not sure ifyou're aware of how significant UPAIS is in disability history - they basically invented the Social model of disability. Roger (Dodger67) (talk) 19:49, 3 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Many thanks for the invite, I will have a look for more information now. There are a few things I would like to contribute - the lack of any information on the page on Mike Oliver being one problem I'd like to remedy, but never seem to find the time

Dogs edit

Hi, I saw your post at the Teahouse about discussing a merger. One thing you can do in cases like this is to also ask for input at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Dogs and Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Disability, some thing like "I started a discussion about X at Talk:Service_dog#Proposal_to_merge_Service_dog_page_with_Assistance_dog_page_and_redevelop_both_pages. Your input is welcome."

It doesn't always help, but asking is cheap. Happy editing! Gråbergs Gråa Sång (talk) 08:41, 26 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Category:Disabled Wikipedians edit

I don't care what your opinion is, but I thought you might like to know about Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2020 November 8:#Category:Disabled Wikipedians and perhaps explain why you chose to join this category. Hyacinth (talk) 07:40, 12 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
