Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Hi Jamie, I can understand you concern and am well aware of links policies and spamming. I have been blogging for a long time now and have several pages of mine. I will tell you the main reasons of adding some sites (two as of now) here:
- I found the contents of this blog to be rare and not available commonly. Like the list of all miss universes along with there photos, is not available on a single site together. I tried looking for on net and in wiki also.
- Have found people looking for this infos (the ones I pasted), based on top search queries of this sites.
- I am quite active on forums as well and have seen many people asking questions on this subjects. Like my washing machine blog has a detailed comparison of types of machine, which many people ask in many forums. And there is no such page in wiki on this.
So in summary thought of adding this links here, as I am convinced enough that these pages are quite useful and informative. I would advise you to check the sites and see if you get such content elsewhere (specially the Miss Universe list) Vkhoria (talk) 12:35, 30 June 2009 (UTC)
