Your recent edits edit

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 17:37, 14 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Removal of threads from your talk page edit

You have removed substantial sections of your talk page. There is nothing to prevent you doing this and the content will not be restored unless you do it yourself. However, your recent editing has caused a great deal of concern and removal of that history may give other editors the impression that you want that history to disappear. That may be seen by some as dishonest or dissembling. It's your choice, but your behaviour here certainly doesn't fill me with confidence at present.  Velella  Velella Talk   19:51, 14 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

@Velella I don't mind the content and am happy to restore it. Just thought deleting was ok because the other user deleted my comments from her page. Do you wish to discuss the article rather than my personal page? I am happy to work on the article more. Don't know how to restore the info to my page but wouldn't mind to. Personal attacks edit

Whether or not you think so, it is plain to everybody else that you've made personal attacks against people who've had the temerity to disagree with you. I strongly advise you to stop digging a deeper hole and focus on a polite case for adding the content you're so interested in including. Acroterion (talk) 20:12, 14 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

@Acroterion I don't mind when anyone disagrees with me and happy to learn from others. Would you like to discuss the article with me? Happy to take your suggestions on improving it with you or anyone else. Vitamindaughter (talk) 20:13, 14 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Until you address the issues of the personal attacks you have made, don't expect people to want to work with you. It's time for a bit of introspection. Exemplo347 (talk) 20:16, 14 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

@Exemplo347 Others seem to want to work with me not vice versa since they are voluntarily editing my contributions. I am not making any personal attacks whatsoever, nor will I in the future. It is not something I am interested in doing. I prefer not to discuss people's personal interests but to focus on the articles. I wish we could focus on improving the article, rather than asking me to make comments unrelated to improving the article. Vitamindaughter (talk) 20:21, 14 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

@Vitamindaughter: As an administrator I am concerned with your behavior, which has been far short of that expected for any editor. You have done little else but make personal attacks. You may not fling accusations in lieu of polite discussion of your editing objectives. Any recurrence will result in sanctions. And please learn to sign your posts. Acroterion (talk) 20:22, 14 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
Bishonen (who is Swedish in case you're keeping track) termed your German accusation against Kleuske "embarassing," which was polite on her part. I suggest that you take a long break from the keyboard andreturn when you are ready to stop treating Wikipedia as a confrontation. This is a collaborative enterprise, and what seems very very important to you is not necessarily so to others, or worth discussing at length in a global reference work. Acroterion (talk) 20:25, 14 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
@Acroterion Really not attacking anyone at all. Disagreement is not the same as personal attack. I believe sarcasm was inferred when I was sincere in my offer to friendship. If someone is discussing their family, gender, interests in Latin and music (such as the other person was doing) it is not on topic and distracting for me, but I try to listen because they feel the need to discuss their background maybe they need to talk about in the case of the other editor. Maybe she has nobody to talk to. Not trying to be mean, I just think she needed to talk. I prefer not to discuss personal details. It doesn't bother me if she is German or not she is interested in German history for good reason : she saved a Jewish girl in the holocaust. It is not embarrassing at all. I thought that because there is German photos and German writing on the page but why is it an insult to be German? She would be equally biased to be Dutch. She had involvement in German history. There was heavy bias. I have been pleading to work on the article rather than chat with everyone to try to get it restored or edited. None of you wish to work on the article. The only reason I was there was to get content edited with important information. rather than removed for little reason. I am improving with respect to signing the posts and I appreciated that suggestion. I just wanted to work on the article. It is clear nobody wants to work on the article. Vitamindaughter (talk) 20:27, 14 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

@Acroterion @Exemplo347 @Vellela Hey guys, please let me know if any of you would like to work on improving this article. I would really appreciate it quite a bit. I am not embarrassed or sorry for anything I have done. I have not done anything wrong, and I appreciate the help learning about signing and logistical things. Anything to help improve the articles here Thanks. Vitamindaughter (talk) 20:43, 14 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

You're only interested in editing ONE article, and you've been making personal attacks on editors. Until you can understand what you've done wrong, I'll thank you not to contact me using @ again. Exemplo347 (talk) 20:44, 14 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

@Exemplo347 It's actually illegal to degrade someone's character with unfounded accusations so please quote if you do that again. I am not making any personal attacks whatsoever. I am interested in this article because I know a lot about this topic and have researched it quite a lot. I've read all these news articles on it and saved them. I have knowledge of the situation. Which is why I am trying to publish the research.

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 60 hours for persistently making disruptive edits. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Acroterion (talk) 01:37, 15 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
Having ignored my advice [1] [2] [3] to stop making judgments about other editors [4], [5] based on your perceptions of nationality (at ANI, no less), you're blocked. If this recurs, the next block will be indefinite. Acroterion (talk) 01:39, 15 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
Since you posted this [6] I've changed the block to indefinite. That was inexcusable. Acroterion (talk) 01:49, 15 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
