Regarding your note on my talk page

The problem is that the picture you are trying to upload has been uploaded MANY times by several different accounts. You can't ALL own the copyright to that picture. If you or someone else owns the copyright to the picture, you need to contact the Wikimedia Foundation using the instructions at WP:IOWN. There is an email address at WP:IOWN to contact a Foundation volunteer about submitting copyrighted work for use at Wikipedia. If you can prove that you own the copyright to that picture, or have express permission to use the picture in a way that is compatable with Wikipedia's reuse license (see WP:CC-BY-SA for more information) then the person who responds to your email will be able to walk you through the appropriate procedure for uploading and lisencing your work. However, that the picture clearly appears already published here, you are going to have to confirm to the Wikimedia Foundation that you represent the people who own the copyright on that picture. --Jayron32.talk.say no to drama 16:20, 17 July 2009 (UTC)
