Recent reverts

Hi there. I wanted to take some time to explain the recent reverts to your changes:

• A footballer's place of birth or heritage should not be mentioned in the lede unless it's particularly notable (see MOS:ETHNICITY, MOS:BLPLEAD, and MOS:LEADREL for further information). I left this in at Andy Delort as his switch to Algeria received significant media coverage.
• Linking major countries and places is considered "overlinking" per MOS:OVERLINK.
• Transfermarkt is not considered a reliable at the English Wikipedia. I don't have the relevant discussion where consensus was established at hand but you can search the archives at WP:FOOTY.
