First Federal Bank edit

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of First Federal Bank, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.1stfedbank.com/aboutParent.cfm. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. First Federal Bank edit

A tag has been placed on First Federal Bank, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.

If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}} on the top of First Federal Bank and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Shootthedevgru (talk) 05:35, 19 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

State National Bank edit

Another editor has added the {{prod}} template to the article State National Bank, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Speedy deletion of Pioneer Bank edit

A tag has been placed on Pioneer Bank requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company or corporation, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for companies and corporations.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Gary King (talk) 06:13, 19 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Molander and Associates edit

The article Molander and Associates has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article seemed to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, but it did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki (talk) 19:03, 27 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Bob Bresnahan edit

Removing Tags edit

Please stop removing improvement tags without addressing the concerns in the tags. Tags are there to help improve articles. I am placing the citation tag back on The Money Store article, please do not remove it unless you add references to the article.--Torchwood Who? (talk) 07:49, 1 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Last I checked there were no sources, just an external link to the official site. But it seems that the article was speedy deleted... so the point is a moot now.--Torchwood Who? (talk) 07:57, 1 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

The Money Store edit

Article had no verifiable independent sources to establish notability, and claimed discounted rates sourced only to the company. Capitalising MONEY STORE is also spammy. Content appeared to be list of directors and, bizarrely, a list of US states, nothing on the size of the company, amount lent etc. The lack of evidence of notability, combined with a degree of spamminess seemed enough for deletion. Jimfbleak (talk) 08:19, 1 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Image placeholders edit

Per the outcome of Wikipedia:Centralized discussion/Image placeholders, please do not add these to articles as long as there is no consensus for their usage.  Sandstein  07:16, 16 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Deltron Event II edit

You've given a number of new tags to Deltron Event II without explaining why on the talk page. Could you please elaborate about why this article should be either improved or deleted? White 720 (talk) 14:40, 19 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

You added multiple tags, as I see you've done on many articles in a short span of time, to Deltron Event II. Is an expert's commentary really needed? Could you please identify the weasel words? The article has also survived an Articles for Deletion as it has numerous reliable, verifiable sources to back up this album's existence and notability. (The album is still delayed, but that alone is no reason to delete the article.) White 720 (talk) 14:48, 21 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Notability of Matthew Barzun edit

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Matthew Barzun, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Matthew Barzun seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Matthew Barzun, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Speedy deletion nomination of Securities Industry Association edit

A tag has been placed on Securities Industry Association, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. December 2011 edit

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Before saving your changes to an article, please provide an edit summary, which you forgot to do before saving your recent edit to William Keith Maxwell III. Doing so helps everyone understand the intention of your edit (and prevents legitimate edits from being mistaken for vandalism). It is also helpful to users reading the edit history of the page. Thank you. It appears to me that you are unnecessarily changing between the last name of Mr. Maxwell and the pronoun "he" everyy month. Is there are particular reason why you are doing this? Your edit summaries are not indicating why. Phearson (talk) 19:55, 7 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Thank you! I should have marked them as minor edits. My apologies.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Vegas949 (talkcontribs)

That does not answer my question, why are you frequently changing between "he" and "Maxwell"? Phearson (talk) 02:40, 9 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for your question. I am trying to add variety. I think it sounds awkward to use "Maxwell" over and over.
