Deceased?

There has been a rename request stating that the user is deceased. Firstly, please let me extend my condolences to his family and friends. Prior to renaming, would you instead prefer to follow the process at Wikipedia:Deceased Wikipedians and Wikipedia:Deceased Wikipedians/Guidelines? Yes or no, please respond here and we will either rename or not as you request. For the time being I have fully-protected the user page to prevent vandalim, but will follow any requests of the family who has the proper login credentials. Wow. I was trying to follow the simple suggestions at https://www.wikihow.com/Delete-Your-Wikipedia-Account , but these guidelines are a lot more complicated. I archived the page so as to focus on this conversation. The discussions are all at User talk:EoGuy/Archive 1. I can restore them here, but if you want this account well and truly gone, it shouldn't matter. I understand that now he family's desire is not to leave this page in his memory but to rename and hopefully let the deceased rest in peace from any Wikipedia drama.
