Wikipedia Help Survey

edit

Hi there, my name's Peter Coombe and I'm a Wikimedia Community Fellow working on a project to improve Wikipedia's help system. At the moment I'm trying to learn more about how people use and find the current help pages. If you could help by filling out this brief survey about your experiences, I'd be very grateful. It should take less than 10 minutes, and your responses will not be tied to your username in any way.

Thank you for your time,

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article UPS Airlines, please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.   Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Kenya Airways, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you.--Jetstreamer Talk 10:13, 2 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed your recent edit to Cathay Pacific does not have an edit summary. Please provide one before saving your changes to an article, as the summaries are quite helpful to people browsing an article's history. Thanks! JetBlast (talk) 00:14, 21 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did at Biman Bangladesh Airlines, you may be blocked from editing. Thank you.--Jetstreamer Talk 10:22, 30 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

Why I modify the information Boeing 747-400F of daetsu 21 pay 19. Saw this link, please see [1] [2] --Ucd1990 (talk) 02:42, 4 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Here is the atlas/polar 747-400f fleet listed by tail number. This is per references 10 and 11 in the Atlas Air article, as well as other sources:

1) N408MC 2) N409MC 3) N412MC 4) N415MC 5) N416MC 6) N418MC 7) N419MC 8) N475MC 9) N476MC 10) N477MC 11) N492MC 12) N493MC 13) N496MC 14) N497MC 15) N498MC 16) N499MC 17) N450PA 18) N451PA 19) N452PA 20) N453PA 21) N454PA

These are the 21 airplanes, all -400f models operated by Atlas/Polar. I will correct the atlas air entry to again reflect this. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lmnopabc (talkcontribs) 15:53, 4 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
