Sorry, but I'm afraid not. There is no such "entitlement" to an article, no matter how good the cause may be. What is necessary for an article is significant and in-depth coverage by reliable publications which are independent of the article's subject. If you can point me to such sourcing, I will be happy to assist you in writing the article, else the article is not appropriate and cannot be included. So you are saying that users who are disabled, (as I am) disadvantaged or unemployed should be denied the opportunity of searching wikipedia and finding a service that not only allows them to receive Free internet training, but also allows them to setup a eShop, at no cost and with no liability?
