This post on 4 February is not in the spirit of Wikipedia and is promotion:
"The OPQ was ground breaking in the field when first launched, some say it was the most important step forward in Occupational Testing becoming widely used. Today there are a number of other questionnaires that provide a similar output, some of which are free to use. An example of this (in the spirit of Wikipedia) is findingpotential.com - great quality questionnaires that are free to use."

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Big Five personality traits. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Big Five personality traits. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. Dr.K. λogosπraxis 15:13, 20 May 2010 (UTC)
