The article Explanation for Competitors to know in Hippology has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

WP:NOTHOWTO, Wikipedia isn't a study guide.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. • Hi - I saw where the page was deleted. Ultimately this was seen as more of a how to guide and would also likely be seen as redundant to the existing article on Hippology. This also looks to be too specific of a topic area, as this is specifically about horse judging. What I recommend is re-tooling the information to be not a guide for people who want to become judges, but rather an overview of the hippology judging competition for 4-H clubs. This is already covered in the main article on hippology, so I'd instead look to improving that as opposed to a new article. I would also definitely recommend that you add in information about the history of the competition, as well as information about the general career of the study of horses.
