Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Kamol Pansritum, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. Thomas.W talk 13:01, 28 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

Deletion

Hi, thanks for message. Please add your messages to the bottom of the talk page, or they may be overlooked. I've fixed it this time. The article has been deleted five times now, and if it is recreated without fixing the problems, I will prevent it from being created again. I deleted your article because

  • it did not provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. It is now Wikipedia policy that biographical articles about living people must have independent verifiable references, or they will be deleted. Although you provided references, most didn't even mention him, let alone support the claims you are making.
  • it was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic. Examples of unsourced claims presented as fact include: known as an innovative... He has a reputation in the field of facial feminization surgery as well... a pioneer of sex reassignment surgery... a pioneer in cranio-maxillofacial... an active member... had succeeded practicing as a general surgeon... He became even more famous... more than 1,500 cases per year... Kamol is considered one of the best SRS and FFS surgeon of Thailand... his innovative ideas ... to achieve high level of satisfaction... is considered one of the reference surgeons in sex reassignment surgery and facial feminization surgery field... Kamol is accepted as one of an apparent professional... Generally, he is an uncompromised surgeon.— it's just spam. If he is as good as you claim, you should be able to find proper sources to write an article that gives verifiable facts instead of just your opinions.
  • You have an obvious conflict of interest when it comes to editing articles about this subject. If, after reading the information about notability linked above, you still believe that your organisation is notable enough for a Wikipedia article (and that there is significant coverage in reliable, independent secondary sources), you could, if you wish, post a request at Wikipedia:Requested articles for the article to be created. See also Wikipedia:Best practices for editors with conflicts of interest.
