    Am contacting your high esteemed desk in effort to establish on how I can have a well articulated constitution of an association (D.U.P.A.I) which is Displaced and Uprooted peoples association international registered. This is basically as a result in which I have been faced with not only competition from well established organizations, but also churches and religious structures of different orientations.
    You will conform it with me that over the past three decades a lot of displacement has been recorded all over Africa and most of its victims live mercy knows how, let alone their undefined deaths all over Africa hence the need for supplementary protection and assistance of any such individuals, education not being a privilege but a priority a cheap and easy way is coming forward through D.U.P.A.I as a skills empowerment program  after which interrelated sponsoring organizations can take over according to available finances. 
    The above issues can not be implemented or pushed into play with out the required credentials that can only be obtained after proper registration.
     Hence a humble request to help wipe the tears of the African displaced  and uprooted children this is certainly in the areas that the UN and other interrelated organizations have not addressed.
