Peer Review - Volatility(Chemistry)
editThis is a good start to what could be added to this article. There is a limited amount to say about the concept of volatility that isn't said with vapor pressure, but you could perhaps go into what causes certain things to have different vapor pressures: molecular weight, forces, etc, or you could add equations or images/diagrams. You might also want to find a textbook to cite, as well as use Ctrl+K to link to other articles for key-words like vaporize or vapor pressure. Your tone seems a little too conversational than I'd use for Wikipedia, but it's not bad.ElliotNestor (talk) 04:11, 16 February 2019 (UTC)
Response to Peer Review
editI agree that the article could use an explanation of what influences volatility. I'm considering adding a new section or sub-section for this purpose titled "Contributing factors", which would include molecular weight, phase, intermolecular forces, and possibly a figure comparing vapor pressure of basic alkanes. As for citations, all of the info used so far is from textbooks and I'll be sure to cite everything properly.
