Hi Thomas, Thanks for your excellent contribution which is certainly an enhancement, as linked to Cathal's main Wikipedia article. Here's a little suggestion about part of the English translation. In the line

• nach follas go ndorchaíonn sé é féin d'aon turas (English: Isn't it obvious that he darkens himself with intent)

isn't "darkens himself with intent" slightly awkward, unidiomatic English! And wouldn't "darkens himself on purpose" convey the meaning a little bit more clearly? It's just a suggestion and I'll leave the decision to you. It's your article! Dmhball~enwiki (talk) 16:49, 25 February 2017 (UTC)

Thanks Dmhball~enwiki for the suggestion but I purposefully chose "with intent" as that's how I translate it when speaking to addicts, and it seems to get the point across to them more readily than "on purpose". This particular poem pretty much saved my life (I did rehab in 2015). Thomas
