Here is the valid reason I keep removing the speedy deletion tag. The reason you are giving is not a valid speedy deletion criterion. To see what the valid speedy deletion criterion are look at WP:CSD. The best way to handle this is to open up the WP:AfD you created and then blanked. 1. How and why is this person notable? Has he won any awards? If yes, please list them along with the sources.

Use of thumbnails in Infoboxes
