Continuing to remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Trent Turvey, without resolving the problem that the template refers to may be considered disruptive editing. • I have removed the templates because i am organising another interview with trent turvey. Is it ok if i post a link to the video interview for a "Reliable Resource" ?

If the publisher of the video is considered a reliable source by Wikipedia standards, then using it as a reference would be highly recommended, and would allow you to avoid PROD deletion for this article.
