This is a good start to an argument. I'm not quite sure what your main focus will be, but from this it seems like you'll be talking about Wikipedia vandalism. Maybe you could talk about how to carefully use Wikipedia so that you are getting reliable information. On the flip side of your argument, you could mention how there are editors that come in to fix articles, not vandalize. As far as your sources, your first source doesn't really take a stance on whether Wikipedia is reliable or no, and it also doesn't have much content. Your second source is arguing that Wikipedia is reliable, which I don't see that stance in your draft yet. Your second source seems reliable in what it is arguing.
