Hey, I noticed you were trying to create the page: "Agreement in Principal", I read it, and I understand that you mean well, but you should gather more information, and use other pages like it or reference; and use a sandbox for editing tests; You can use your own sandbox @ Here to test your article before you submit it, to prevent it from being deleted. If you need anything else, please leave me a message on my talkpage Here. --TylerPuetz (talk/contribs) 02:34, 22 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion of Agreement in principle edit

A tag has been placed on Agreement in principle, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. — Yavoh 02:53, 25 September 2008 (UTC) {{helpme}}Reply
Hello The Perfect Enso! I came because I saw you added a helpme template to your page. However, I cannot seem to find what you need help with. If you still need assistance, please describe your problem and re-add the helpme template. :) --Skunkboy74 (talk) 03:03, 25 September 2008 (UTC) {{helpme}} How do I keep the article from getting deleted again, and I want to get it to look like the rest of the articles on the site.Reply

I don't know what you can do, as it is already an article at Wiktionary, which is for dictionary definitions. Unless you find a lot of sources about this particular statement that warrant it having an article, I'm afraid you can't do much else. Sorry, but don't be discouraged! :) There are plenty of other articles to be improved. Cheers, Master of Puppets Call me MoP! :) 03:30, 25 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Helpme edit

{{helpme}} Agreement in principle keeps getting deleted, it is frusterating to try to add the sources and information if you keep deleting the work - what gives — Preceding unsigned comment added by The Perfect Enso (talkcontribs)

Try creating a user subpage and working on the page on there. The page will be under your username so you'll be able to work on it for as long as you like. This will make it much easier to get the article ready for a regular page. Hope I could help! --Skunkboy74 (talk) 03:41, 25 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
can you give me the original text so i don't have to redo the research, i did not keep notes — Preceding unsigned comment added by The Perfect Enso (talkcontribs)
There's info above about how to get content back - ask one of the admins on this list. Also, please sign your username on talk pages like this one with four tidles (~~~~). Good luck with your article! Matt (Talk) 03:49, 25 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

{{helpme}} Is my article ready to move from my subpage? The Perfect Enso (talk) 23:27, 27 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Not yet, no. Please read WP:CITE for information on how to properly cite sources. Please also read WP:LAYOUT for how to lay out an article. The article title should always be bolded in the lead, for example. Prince of Canada t | c 23:32, 27 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

{{helpme}} Ok I added the cite using the tool on the WP:CITE page. And I notice that the WP:LAYOUT page required bullets for my other links how do I make the bullet? The Perfect Enso (talk) 23:39, 27 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

A bullet is made by:
*This is how you make a bullet
  • This is how you make a bullet
I fixed your ref to use the {{cite web}} template. Beyond that.. I don't know if this satisifes requirements for an article; it seems more like a dictionary entry. But you're now ready to ask someone who knows more than I do. Prince of Canada t | c 23:48, 27 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

{{helpme}} Thank you for the help. Is there a limit to the number of times I can use the helpme? Where can I find the requirements for an article? The Perfect Enso (talk) 23:53, 27 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

You're welcome. It's probably not a good idea to keep using it on the same issue like this; most people who come to help will keep an eye on your talk page until the question is resolved. I would look here for general guidelines on how to write an article. Prince of Canada t | c 23:55, 27 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

I bookmarked a tool, but it does not do the citations for URL correctly. Is there a web tool I can use to build a web citation for articles? The Perfect Enso (talk) 16:32, 28 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

list edit

{{helpme}} Is there a list of articles that need improving or something done? I made three new articles today, but maybe some need editing - my idea factory is low. The Perfect Enso (talk) 02:42, 29 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

See requested articles. You could also find any article you are interested in and then improve it. KnightLago (talk) 03:00, 29 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

This page is getting a little big. Am I allowed to clear it?

Yes of course. Pegasus «C¦ 04:19, 29 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Redirects edit

Please include the leading pound sign when making redirects otherwise the wiki software will not do its thing. The page must look something like this: #REDIRECT example Pegasus «C¦ 04:19, 29 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

How do I delete this when I am done? It is at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:The_Perfect_Enso/article The Perfect Enso (talk) 14:34, 25 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

As it is one of your user pages you can just blank the page, alternatively if you created it just put {{db-author}} at the top of the page. ϢereSpielChequers 14:38, 25 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
